The triplex brief entailed two single storey units, with the rear dwelling to be one of our two storey developments. All three units were to be three-bedroom and two-bathroom with open plan living and alfresco areas.
The client requested the triplex subdivision process and all approvals (including services and government fees) to be completed by R-Code Residential – which we were more than happy to take on.
We completed the triplex project in just 18 months from slab down, which included minor modifications to the R-Code Residential specification.
